At My Supply Co., we believe in rewarding our customers for their loyalty. That's why we created the My Rewards program—a free rewards program that lets you earn points on all your purchases and redeem those points for exciting rewards.

If you're a member of our My Rewards program, you may have some questions about how to redeem your points. In this article, we'll explain everything you need to know about our rewards program and how to redeem your points.

What is the My Rewards program?

The My Rewards program is our free rewards program in Canada that lets you earn points on all your purchases and redeem those points for rewards ("Rewards").


What is the My Rewards Shop?

The My Rewards Shop is where My Supply Co. offers Rewards in exchange for a certain number of accrued points, ranging from 250 points to 900 points, from time to time and at My Supply Co.'s sole discretion. The Rewards Shop offers are for a limited time, while supplies last, and provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Quantities of each Reward are limited and client must be registered to My Supply Co. in order to redeem points for Rewards Shop offers. My Rewards members may only redeem points for one of each reward per transaction and must have the sufficient number of Points in their My Rewards Bank available at time of redemption. Points will be deducted at time of redemption.

Rewards valued from 250 to 900 points all require a merchandise purchase if redeemed online. Rewards redeemed cannot be used in conjunction with most other promotion codes or discounts during checkout, contingent on the circumstances and terms and conditions of the event. Points will be re-credited if a Reward redeemed is cancelled by My Supply Co.

Rewards are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged, sold, or returned. My Supply Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen rewards. My Supply Co. and My Supply Co. brands are not responsible for any taxes incurred by clients or guests. Employees of My Supply Co. are eligible to redeem Rewards valued from 250 points to 900 points. Rewards are subject to change, alteration, substitution, or termination by My Supply Co. in its sole discretion at any time. See specific Reward offers for any additional terms and conditions.


How do I earn Points?

For every one (1) Canadian dollar you spend online at MySupplyCo.com, My Rewards participants receive one (1) Point when checking out with the email address that is registered to their My Supply Co. account. We may offer bonus points events from time to time and in that circumstance the bonus points offer would apply. Separate terms and conditions will apply to each bonus points offer.


What are Rewards?

Rewards are typically full-size products or experiences that can be redeemed in exchange for the corresponding number of accrued points from your Supply Bank. Rewards between 250 - 900 points can be redeemed with a purchase of merchandise from My Supply Co. online.


Where can I find all of my My Rewards account information?

Your My Rewards page is your destination for everything My Rewards-related. You can view your year-to-date activity and your current points balance, redeem points for Rewards and gifts, and learn about your My Rewards benefits. To access this page, simply log into your My Supply Co. account and access the page at MySupplyCo.com/rewards.


How do I redeem Rewards?

Once you have logged into your online My Rewards account, you will be able to add a Reward to your online basket from the Rewards Shop, or during the checkout process.

Please note:

  • When you tap "Redeem," it automatically takes points off of your balance due to our website system

  • If you change your mind about the product that you originally redeemed your Points for or if it happens to be out of stock at the moment, please reach out to us by starting a live chat, emailing [email protected], or SMSing us at +1 (604) 305-3050. Our helpful Happiness Specialists would be glad to manually add those points back to your account.


Where can I find all of my My Rewards account information?

Your My Rewards page is your destination for everything My Rewards-related. What types of merchandise count for collecting Points?

The value of "merchandise" for purposes of collecting points includes all products sold on MySupplyCo.com. The value of "merchandise" does not include gift cards, taxes, and/or shipping. However, if a bonus points event applies to any of these non-merchandise categories, the bonus points event rules will apply.


What happens to my Points when I return items?

All points earned from this purchase, including bonus points, will be deducted from your account when merchandise is returned that was originally purchased using your My Rewards account. It is possible your account could have a negative balance after merchandise is returned.


What happens to my Points if part of my order is cancelled?

Points are awarded for all merchandise that is purchased. If an item is cancelled from your order, you will not be charged and you will not receive Points for that item.


How do I redeem Rewards?

Once you have logged into your online My Rewards account, you will be able to add a Reward to your online basket from the Rewards Shop, or during the checkout process.

Can I return Rewards?

Unfortunately, Rewards may not be returned or exchanged for points or cash, for another product, gift card, or e-gift certificate.


What happens to my Reward if part of my order or entire order is cancelled?

If part of your order is cancelled, you are still eligible to receive your Reward.

If your entire order is cancelled, any Reward will not ship because a merchandise purchase is required. In this case, you may redeem the Reward during your next order. If you do not recall the code required to redeem the Reward, please reach out to us. One of our Happiness Specialists will be happy to help you find your code so you can claim your Reward.


Can I redeem in conjunction with other promotional discounts?

Rewards cannot be used in conjunction with any promotional discounts, except where terms and conditions apply.

The only exception to this rule is our Refer a Friend program. When you refer a friend, they get $20 off their first order over $50 when they use your referral code. Once their order has been processed, you'll receive a $20 credit towards your next order. This is the only time that rewards can be used in conjunction with another promotional code.


Do Points expire?

Unredeemed points do not expire. However, we encourage you to redeem your points often so that you get to experience the full benefits of the My Rewards program including products, gifts, experiences, and events.
