For credit card payments:
You will receive a payment confirmation email within a few minutes containing your order details. At this point, your order status is "Processing."
We will then pack your order as soon as possible and drop it off at Canada Post. At this point, your order status is "Complete."
Once Canada Post processes your package, you'll receive an email with your tracking information. It typically takes Canada Post up to 1 business day to process your order, depending on when it was placed. Refer to the Canada Post cut-off periods here.

If you order between Monday - Thursday:
Orders made between Monday to Thursday will be shipped within 24 hours, with the exception of holidays.
If you order on Friday or the weekend:
Orders made on Friday will be shipped on Friday or Monday, with the exception of holidays.
Orders made on the weekend will be shipped within 2 business days, depending on the volume of orders we receive over the weekend.
